Ian Rubel is a three-time NLL Champion’s Cup winner with the Toronto Rock and currently serves as the head coach of the Philadelphia Wings in the National Lacrosse League. With decades of experience at the highest level of the indoor game, Ian brings an incredible depth of box lacrosse knowledge to the Monarchs program.

 

Working closely with Dylan, Ian helps develop and implement team systems while also contributing to the structure of fundamental skills and drills that focus on building complete lacrosse players. His experience at the professional level provides valuable insight into the details and standards required to succeed in box lacrosse.
