James Whiteford is from Brampton, Ontario, where he grew up playing in the Brampton Minor Excelsiors program. He attended high school at The Hill Academy, playing under Brodie Merrill, before going on to play Division I lacrosse at Bellarmine University, where he began establishing strong roots in the Louisville lacrosse community.

 

James was selected first overall in the Arena Lacrosse League Draft and currently plays Senior A lacrosse in Brampton. With a strong passion for coaching and player development, he has a great ability to help athletes improve their game while preparing them for the demands and expectations of college lacrosse.
