Joe Alie attended Grandview High School in Aurora, Colorado, and is currently a sophomore at Bellarmine University. Following a similar path to his brother John, Joe has continued to develop his game at the Division I level while building strong ties within the Louisville lacrosse community.

Joe also has a strong background in box lacrosse, having played collegiate box lacrosse in Colorado where he developed under the guidance of Dillon Ward and Taylor Stuart. He brings a great understanding of the indoor game and a strong passion for coaching and player development with Monarchs Box Lacrosse.
